LS2: Discovering Consensus
One of the most satisfying outcomes of a discussion or
a meeting is that the people involved find their consensus
during the meeting. For many, consensus means agreement,
but in the context of this training consensus means the "body
of common understanding" that is shared by the participants
in the discussion. There is no doubt that in any meeting
on any subject there is a consensus. That's a given. The
trick is to discover it. This training teaches people how
to do just that.
